Cubs get some big breaks
And for once, take advantage
Win one in K.C.
In a crazy ninth inning, Tony Campana reached first base on a pop bunt that was called a trap but looked close on the replay. After a D.J. LeMahieu single moved Campana to third, a Royals error prevented an inning ending double play as Campana scored to give the Cubs the lead. A Starlin Castro single scored LeMahieu with an insurance run, and a typically tense Marmol save gave the Cubs a win.
