Currently filming their fourth season in Italy, their daily routines have changed somewhat, but there's still plenty of time for the finer things in life.
Between making America look terrible around the clock, picking up STDs, instigating drama, fending off verbal attacks from his own father and getting his ass kicked by Ronnie, the Sitch has a lot on his plate these days.
At least he finds time to wear clean clothes throughout.
