The N'DIGO Foundation hosted its 16th annual Gala with a "Tribute to Fathers" featuring Kenneth "Babyface" Edmunds and his brother Kevon.  Their performance blew the doors off of the Symphony Center and had the ladies dancing in the aisles!

This year's community leader honorees included Dr. Robert Michael Jenkins (Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church pastor), Les Coney (Miserow Financial exec), ABC's Charles Thomas , Runako Jahi (Artistic Director of ETA Theater) and Dr. Conrad Worrill (Northeastern University Professor).  The N'DIGO Foundation presents merit-based college scholarships to students in partnership with numerous colleges and universities, corporations, foundations, community organizations and generous individuals.  To date, they have awarded 200 scholarships.  This year's student recipients included Andrea Caldwell, Daniel Covington, Jacqueline Gibson, Joseph Laseter, Agustin Castrejon, Mercedes Suall, Reginald Torian III, Desiree Tellis and Adetunji Wilson.

N'DIGO publisher, Hermene Hartman, and NBC's Art Norman were the evening's emcees.  For more info on this wonderful organization, please visit www.indigofoundation.org
