Happy National Running Day, my favorite of the "days."

In it's third year, National Running Day is a day set aside for runners of all levels to share their passion for running, by getting out and running.  If you have been thinking about getting into shape, today is a great way to begin, just put one foot in front of the other and before you know if, you are running.

To help you celebrate National Running Day, we have two free entries to the Rock and Roll 5K on Fathers Day, June 19th.  This is the tune up race for the Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon on August 14th, a great way to experience the fun and excitement of this great event, without having to run 13.1 miles.
