Demi Lovato continues to make strides.

The troubled singer, who spent weeks in rehab for Bipolar Disorder-related issues, has returned to where she most belongs: inside the music studio.

In an interview with Seventeen this week, Lovato gave fans an idea of where her career stands. Will we be seeing a new album from her any time soon? Yes.

We can't wait to see Demi Lovato back on stage.

"I’m hoping to provide inspiration for girls everywhere who are going through the same issues I’ve faced. I think this will come through in a lot of the material,” Demi said of the CD.“My first single is really special to me - to me it symbolizes my journey from the person I was to the happy healthy person I am today, and the fact that people are able to rise above anything, despite the odds.”

Adding that she's "excited" about what's to come, Lovato concluded:

"I love being back in the studio! It's been very therapeutic to be able to express my feelings and talk about who I really am, through my music."
