She combined all of the above recently, frolicking on the beach with her husband and having him snap this photo of her in response to her weight critics:
The 28-year-old singer, who's often criticized for being too thin, did look healthy in her black two-piece bathing suit. Healthy and gorgeous.
"Curves!" she wrote. "They are there. LOL."
A few hours later, Rimes, who said she's lost weight simply by becoming fitness fanatic, tweeted "I need ice cream" and then "drumsticks!"
Sounds like a healthy appetite to us ...
