The Amazing Spider-Man doesn't hit theaters until July 3 of next year, but the first trailer has been released, and should only fuel the buzz for the film.
Originally, Spider-Man 4 was planned for release in summer 2011, but the film was cancelled due to director Sam Raimi's withdrawal from the project.
Sony, in turn, decided to reboot the big-name franchise with new director Marc Webb and Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Rhys Ifans leading the cast.
All three shine in the official trailer preceding Captain America in theaters. Watch it and comment below - do you think it can compare to the originals?
